The "KOVIAN-GROUP" Company is interested in starting co-operation or common investment enterprises with a potential partner which may enable a better use of:

• existing production-warehouse base (The Company has at its disposal disengaged production and warehouse areas of about 1000 m², including cold storage plants of about 250 m²);
• very convenient location nearby Warsaw agglomeration, by the main transport rout of goods and people East - West;
• good work market (local authorities are making a kindly climate and are actively co-operating by undertaking new investment enterprises), enabling employment of less qualified workers, as well as specialists by lower work costs (lower salaries) than in big cities (e.g. in Warsaw);
• a realty, on which 15.000 m² of free area can be assigned for production-service-dwelling building, in accordance with local plan of spatial management (location in direct neighbourhood of the railway station and the exchange of goods and cars in Siedlce enables use the area of the realty and adjustment existing objects, or also building new ones for retail or wholesale trade, to the very creation of so called "trade centre" inclusive);
• good contacts in Russia, Belarus and Ukraine enabling to undertake promotion and sale goods on the eastern market and in the area of Poland.

Forms of co-operation:

• start of an agency of a foreign firm and promotion and sale its goods on the market of Poland and countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States;
• start of production in the objects of the Company using foreign partner's technologies and devices as well as sale of the produced goods on the market of Poland and adjoining countries;
• start of commercial activity (wholesale, retail) on the base of partner's potential and experience;
• others - we are ready to consider any other proposal which will enable effective use of the objects and their location.
